Build-a-lot 2: Town of the year Walkthrough for Bonus Level

BONUS LEVELS

When all levels are completed you must choose the Town of the Year winner. A winner town have BONUS LEVEL that unlocked once you choose it to be the winner. When you complete this town Bonus Level you’ll also unlock bonus level for ALL town. Once you complete ALL the Bonus Level you’ll also unlock the ability to replay any level.

Maple Creek

• Goals: 3 three-star Palaces, 3 Landscaped Palaces, 1 Garden Center and 1 Grand Park.
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first then built most expensive home that you can. Build another expensive home for sale in order to add initial income.
• Begin building Palaces, upgrade and when you have enough money you can build garden center so you can landscape your palaces, and don’t forget to build grand park.

Summerville

• Goals: 1 Refinery, $5,000,000 cash and a +30 Appeal
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first then build most expensive home that you can. Build another expensive home for sale in order to add initial income.
• Begin building Palaces, upgrade and paint them, when you have enough money you can build garden center so you can landscape your palaces.
• Build minimum 4 palaces and sell them when they already have +10 appeal rating.
• Build refinery. Demolish workshop and recycle center, but keep the garden center. In order to boost appeal build grand parks in every empty lot, this can reduce negative effect of the buildings.

Spring Brooke

• Goals: 1 Business Center, Own 4 Shops, 6 Painted Townhomes, rental income $38,000.
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first then build 2 townhomes. Sell a townhome in order to add initial income.
• Build shops simultaneously with townhomes. Paint and upgrade the townhomes.
• Don’t forget to build Business Center.
• Demolish workshop and recycle center and build 2 townhomes. Upgrade ALL of them to three-star so you can reach $38.000 or more in rental income.

Willowsburgh

• Goals: $5,000,000 cash
• Surprise requirement: ALL EMPTY LOTS
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first. Save 2 empty lots and sell the other for initial income. In that 2 empty lots build the most expensive house that you can afford and sell one of them.
• Build palace and upgrade as fast as you can to get maximum rental income.
• You have to buy ALL of the property in order to meet this requirement. Once you got $5,000,000 from palace rental, destroy ALL of the property fast! To get this speed you need to save your workshop with efficiency training until the very end, then destroy it too.

Autumn Hills

• Goals: 7 villas, 1 café, 1 Zen Park and $4,000,000 cash
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first. Save 2 empty lots and sell the other for initial income. In that 2 empty lots build the most expensive house that you can afford and sell one of them.
• Begin building villas and paint them, don’t bother to upgrade them.
• Buy ALL of the property and demolish them, build zen park and café first, then build palace in existing empty lots.
• You have to build at least 4 palaces to meet the cash requirement. Demolish workshop or recycle center and change it to palace if you need to.

Calico Crossing

• Goals: 6 Refineries, 1 three-star Modern
• Surprise requirement: +5 Appeal Rating
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first. Save 2 empty lots and sell the other for initial income. In that 2 empty lots build the most expensive house that you can afford and sell one of them.
• Begin building refineries and 1 three-star modern
• To get +5 appeal rating build many Grand Park!

Rockwood

• Goals: 10 three-star Townhomes, 5 landscaped homes, and +200 Appeal rating
• Surprise Requirement: 1 Florist
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first. Save 2 empty lots and sell the other for initial income. In that 2 empty lots build the most expensive house that you can afford and sell one of them.
• Begin building townhomes, upgrade and paint them. You can also build a palace to increase income.
• Build at least 4 GRAND parks, a painted and landscaped house with 2 parks in both side will add +50 in appeal rating!
• Build garden center so you can landscape your house and never worry about cleaning parks
• Don’t forget to build florist in one of your lot.

View Haven

• Goals: 14 PAINTED Bungalows, 25 Workers, $12,000,000 cash
• As usual build workshop and recycle center first. Save 2 empty lots and sell the other for initial income. In that 2 empty lots build the most expensive house that you can afford and sell one of them.
• Build palace as many as you can and upgrade them to three-star. Demolish 14 of them when it is nearly $12,000,000 cash.
• Get 25 (I get 36) workers and knock down your palaces to build bungalows and paint them as fast as possible.
